Tell us a little bit about your pet(s)!
My cat is named Frances, and I absolutely love her. She's the Fischarper CFO (Chief Feline Officer), and there's a highlight dedicated to her on my Instagram (@fischarperjr). My mom is a retired school teacher, and Frances came out from under the portable at school as a kitten. I came and picked her up, then took her to the vet (where I found out she seemed to have a recovering broken jaw). After getting few things at the pet store, she went to my music technology class with me, where she sweetly purred in my lap. She's currently thrilled to be an only kitten (she's not technically a kitten, but still...). If you'd like to know more about her, I'd happily go on and on.
Why do you love when couples choose to incorporate their pets in their wedding day?
First of all, I just love animals. I'm probably the person that would go up to someone just to pet their dog. Pets really are a part of the family (at least in my family), and it's a really nice addition when couples can include their pets in their celebrations. Plus it's ridiculously cute.
Anything you'd like to share about your experience working with a pet in a wedding?
This was not necessarily a pet, but as you can see from the photo below, one time I did stop to take pictures of this bunny after a wedding...I think I even left the harp standing alone (not the smartest move) to get the shot. I would love to work with more pet-friendly weddings!
If your dog holds a special place in your heart and you envision them being a part of your wedding day, finding the perfect pet-friendly wedding venue becomes a top priority. Look no further than The Plantation Palms Golf Club in Land O Lakes, Florida, where elegance meets pet-friendly charm.
