At FairyTail Pet Care, we typically book around five months in advance, and even earlier during peak wedding seasons. Our advice? If you're getting married within the next 6 to 12 months and your pet is part of your dream day, now is the perfect time to get started.

Just like your venue, photographer, and florist, your pet’s role in the wedding takes coordination. When you book with FairyTail Pet Care, we work directly with your wedding planner and vendor team to create a timeline tailored to your dog’s needs - including breaks, snacks, transport, and special photo moments. Whether they're walking down the aisle or starring in your portraits, we make sure it all flows seamlessly.
Meet and greets are part of the process
To make sure your pet is comfortable with our handlers and the wedding day goes smoothly, we can schedule in-person meet and greets about two months before your wedding. This helps us build trust with your pet and gives you peace of mind knowing they’ll be in good hands.
We book up quickly, especially in high-demand areas
Our teams often support multiple weddings in a day, but availability is still limited - especially in our most popular cities like Tampa, West Palm Beach, Sacramento, Pittsburgh, and St. Louis. If your wedding is happening outside of those areas, we still encourage you to reach out. We may be able to connect you with the closest location, but keep in mind that availability could be more limited depending on travel and scheduling.
