Yappily Ever After: A Paw-sitively Memorable Employee Appreciation Day

Typically our Yappily Ever After program is geared towards special events, like weddings, but recently, we had the pleasure of collaborating with a Tampa-based company to host an unforgettable employee appreciation day!

While we love bringing pets to weddings here at FairyTail Pet Care, our work does not end there.

Through innovative programs with local shelters, we have made it our mission to help homeless animals find their forever homes.

Our one-of-a-kind Yappily Ever After program aims to bring joy, relaxation, and furry companionship through unique events that incorporate playful interactions with adorable & adoptable dogs or kittens.

Typically this service is geared towards special events, like weddings, but recently, we had the pleasure of collaborating with ReEmployability, a Tampa-based company, for the second consecutive year to host an unforgettable employee appreciation day!

ReEmployability understands the importance of acknowledging the dedication and effort of their employees. What better way to express gratitude than by providing a day filled with laughter, cuddles, and wagging tails?

By partnering with FairyTail Pet Care and the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, ReEmployability orchestrated a heartwarming event that left a lasting impact on their team.

During last year's event, three lucky dogs found their forever homes through adoption—an incredible testament to the power of these gatherings.

This year, the employees of ReEmployability continued to demonstrate their compassion by generously donating much-needed items to the shelter. Their kindness and generosity were deeply appreciated by both the shelter and our team at FairyTail Pet Care.

The atmosphere during the event was nothing short of magical. As employees interacted with the playful puppies, stress melted away, replaced by smiles and laughter. It was a joy to witness the bonds forming between humans and animals, each interaction fostering a sense of connection and well-being.

We cannot overstate the importance of such initiatives in the workplace. Employee appreciation goes beyond monetary rewards—it's about fostering a supportive and caring environment where individuals feel valued and understood. By incorporating programs like Yappily Ever After into their culture, companies can cultivate a sense of community and enhance employee morale.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to ReEmployability for their continued partnership and commitment to their employees' well-being.

Animal Lovers Use Their Wedding to Give Back to Dogs in Need

Rachel & Meredith are huge animal lovers & wanted to find a way to express that on their wedding day. They decided that including their own dog, Penny, in the wedding may not be the best fit so we helped them execute a different, very special idea instead! Our Yappily Ever After program, in partnership with the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, offers a unique experience for animal advocates & lovers on their wedding day.

Our Yappily Ever After program, in partnership with the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, offers a unique experience for animal advocates & lovers on their wedding day.

We brought on a few volunteers & coordinated with the shelter to break 4 dogs out of their cages to set out on the adventure of a lifetime!

We worked with the couple’s vendors to ensure every detail was accounted for & showed up after their ceremony to introduce a little cuddle time to their guests during cocktail hour.

You could see everyone’s eyes light up when they realized that part of their wedding guest experience was to snuggle up on a few adoptable puppies in search of their forever home. We let those that were interested get their pets in & even hold the puppies if they wished.

Our goal with this program is to raise awareness for adoption & to hopefully find these dogs their forever home. More importantly though, these little adventures give the dogs much needed socialization & exposure to new environments. This helps the adoptable dogs go on to lead much healthier & happier lives.

On top of all of that, aside from our small coordination fee, the proceeds from our Yappily Ever After program go entirely to the shelter!

Adoptable Puppies Instead of Flower Bouquets!

That’s how Joelle & Kyle felt about their wedding details, at least. Instead of having their bridesmaids walk down the aisle with bouquets, they chose something much more unique - & adorable! They invited adoptable puppies to their wedding & included them in the ceremony & cocktail hour.

FairyTail Pet Care, in partnership with the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, brought their Yappily Ever After program to Sarasota. The couple made a donation to the shelter & we took care of the rest. We brought volunteers to assist with each puppy & provided transportation to & from the shelter.

Including adoptables in a wedding is not just for the cute factor. It’s much more than that, in fact.

Socialization is incredibly important for any puppy, but especially for one that is looking for their forever home. Providing them with new experiences at a young age helps them lead much happier & healthier lives. It also raises awareness for not only their specific needs, but for adoption in general.

Just imagine knowing that YOUR wedding actually saved a life!

This program is such a great way for socially-conscious, animal-loving couples to really showcase their personalities. A wedding can be about more than just a couple’s love for each other, but about the way they will show up to the world as a couple.

After the ceremony, we had some fun taking photos & then the guests were able to mingle around with the puppies while the couple took their portraits. It was so fun to see faces light up over the opportunity for some puppy snuggles. The puppies also enjoyed giving kisses & finding new ways to fall asleep in someone’s arms.

One lucky pup even found his forever home that night - & with the bride’s sister no less! It was such an incredible night filled with so much love & pawsitivity!

We took the puppies back to the shelter after the wedding for a well earned dinner & nap.
